    Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelsey, and their two boys, Jayden and Jaxson. You can usually find them at one of the boys’ sporting events. He is also actively involved in his local church.

    With over 16 years of experience in public accounting, Vee is known for her deep commitment to her clients, attention to detail, and thorough research-driven approach. She builds long-term relationships rooted in care and responsiveness, becoming a trusted advisor well beyond filing deadlines.

    Outside of work, Vee loves cooking, reading, traveling, and working out. She treasures time with her family and friends — especially Sunday dinners filled with lively conversation — and gives back through volunteer work with her church and local family service organizations.

  • Aida Anello is a Senior Accountant at James, Hardy & Haley, CPAs. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including oil and gas, real estate, construction, farming, health care, retail, and investments.

    Her work focuses on income tax planning and preparation for individuals, businesses, trusts, estates, and nonprofit organizations, as well as gift, payroll, and property taxes. Aida also assists with attestation services such as compilations and financial statement reviews. In addition, she provides comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting support and is proficient in QuickBooks.

    With nine years of experience in public accounting, Aida is recognized for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and dedication to helping clients manage their financial responsibilities year-round.

  • Traci Vinz joined James, Hardy and Haley, CPAs in 2022 as Project Manager/Administrative Support Manager.  Some of her roles include creating and organizing tax documents for clients and staff and finalizing projects for completion.  Traci’s background is in teaching; she spent 15 years in the public school system and now works as a tutor in a homeschool support ministry which has given her more time with her family and an opportunity to venture into different roles outside of the educational setting.

    Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, specifically going to airshows and hockey games. In the fall months, she also coaches high school volleyball with her dad.
